Happy Friday! I decided to highlight some of my favorite fall shows today since most shows have started and my DVR is quickly filling up. This week my TV was set to baseball to watch the beginning of the post season. Go Braves (Please win tonight)! I’m really impressed with some of the new shows on this season. It’s making me quickly fall behind in shows. Here are my current favorites right now!
Revenge - I started watching this show last spring on Netflix and got totally addicted! I watched the entire first two seasons in about a week and am excited to see what happens this season! This is my first season watching it on TV where I actually have to wait a week between shows, so hopefully I’ll be able to wait a week! Is anyone else watching this show? Who else was totally not expecting Aiden to come back at the end of the opener? What a twist! I’m nervous to find out if he and Victoria start plotting together!
The Blacklist – I am so excited about this new series! Talk about suspense! I am one of those people who love watching 20/20 or 60 minutes or any of those mystery shows, but also the one who is terrified of the dark or someone breaking in to her house. The two totally go together right?!? This new show is super suspenseful and just enough scary for me. I find myself glued to the TV the entire episode and so nervous about what’s going to happen next. They are saying this might be the best fall drama and I think they may be right.
Hostages – I watched the first episode of this show last week, but haven’t had a chance to catch up on this week’s yet. I love Dylan McDermott, so that was my initial draw to this show, but I think it might turn out to be pretty good. I’m excited to watch this week’s episode and see what happens.
Grey’s Anatomy – I’ve been hooked on this show for a few years, and just can’t seem to give it up. Every time I think it’s starting to get too corny or what else could possibly happen to them, they draw me back in. Does anyone else scream at the TV or at least inside every time April and Jackson talk about their relationship and then have nothing happen? OMG does she not see what she’s missing? It’s killing me! I didn’t watch last night’s episode yet cause I was watching the braves game, but you better believe that’s on my agenda tonight!
Chicago Fire – Maybe its cause I’m married to a firefighter or maybe it cause the cast isn’t too bad to look at but I find myself watching every week. Even though I find it a bit corny and my husband laughs at how far fetched some of the calls are, I like the inside view of a fire department, especially the relationships the fire fighters have.
Are you watching any of these shows? I’m also currently recording Survivor, Ellen DeGeneres, Modern Family, and the Amazing Race. Are there any other shows I should add to my list of must watch?
